Rick Perry made the night by calling 'Social security' a ponzi scheme. LOL! He is my least favorite candidate because he constantly uses Obama as a bad example to make his point.

Ron paul happens to be one of my favorite candidates but his age and squeaky voice bothers me a lot.

Oh well, may the best man win.

A NIGHT TO REMEMBER!!

There's nothing like an Unplanned night in Nyc. Last night was one of those nights...

bisola and jerry! bad combination... Hilarious people.

This was how the night ended. (Short story: she had to write my friends number down with my red lipstick because both our phones were dead .We had no idea how we were getting back home with our phones off. Yeah so, we managed to find someone with a charger, charged our phones, called my friend and found our way home) Epic!

MANCHESTER UNITED VS BARCELONA

Man.U is my favorite soccer team.... safe to say that i have been a die hard fan since childhood.
Last saturday i had an opportunity to watch the match in Maryland. For me, it was a life time opportunity because i got to see my favorite team play. Most of all, i got to see 'rooney'...  my all time favorite soccer player.

The highlight of the match was when Kobe bryant (My favorite basket ball player) walked into the stadium, right beside me..... O_O

I almost fainted but i had to 'maintain swag'. LoL!  Apparently, he is a barcelona fan (thumbs down).
Before the second half, he showed off his juggling skills by playing a penalty kick... and of course he scored. lol.

Watch here:

This was fun! even though i lost my voice before i left the stadium. :D

SUMMER IS ALMOST OVER!!!!

The part of the year i dread the most is fast approaching... The end of summer! (School resumes in exactly 27 days). I have undoubtedly had a great summer so far.

It's funny how summer is so short but yet long anticipated. My summer is still not complete until i get back from Miami... then, i can say 'it's been real'.

Meanwhile, it has been a great pleasure wearing these two all summer. Special thanks to them for their services. I have been emotionally attached. Lol!

NOTE TO READERS: You can never go wrong with a pair of sunglasses and flip flops in the summer.

I THINK I MET AN ANGEL

It was tuesday evening, i had just gotten off work. Normally, i would walk home with my coworker but i remembered i had to pick up a few things from the mall for my Bff.

I hopped on the bus, frustrated and tired. I had a rough day at work and couldn't wait to jump on my bed for comfort. I sat down slowly, inserted my earpiece in my ear, reached for my ipod in my bag and searched for my favorite song. It was 'The weekend's version of trust issues'.This was the only way i could calm down. The song began to play when i suddenly realized that the person sited beside me had been trying to get my attention. I removed the earpiece from my left ear.

It was a black guy, he had dreadlocks and i believe he was average height. He looked at me and said 'miss, i love your braids'. I smiled hard as i said Thank You.We started talking from then on. Normally, i would not have a long conversation with someone i barely knew.I decided to put that aside, it was interesting anyway. We had a full blown intellectual conversation. It was the best conversation i ever had with a complete stranger. He was very much like me,same values, same ideas, i was extremely overwhelmed. I had never met anyone who was just like me. I nodded my head so many times in agreement to everything he said. This was very unlike me because i never agree with anything a stranger says.

The conversation got deeper, he told me his whole life story in approximately five minutes. He needed solutions to a major situation he has been passing through. I advised him and he almost reached out his hands to hug me. He was overjoyed!

I then decided to open up, i told him a few things about  myself and an issue that had been bothering me. He gave me solutions, my issue has been resolved. It was too good to be true. At this point, i was convinced that he was either my clone or psychic.

I was lost in the conversation, all i wanted to do was sit on the bus all day and talk to this stranger. My stop got closer, i pressed the bell, picked up my bag, smiled and said 'it was nice to meet you' and i ran out right before the door closed.

I watched the bus zoom off as i waved at my new friend, then i realized 'DANG!!!! WE FORGOT TO EXCHANGE CONTACTS!!!!'. There i stood, speechless, i didn't know the name of the most awesome person i met. I didn't have his number or at least his email address.O_O All i remembered was his face. I didn't even know his first name.Where was i supposed to start my search from? Was i supposed to google 'the guy on the bus'? Or draw his face and post it online to see if there was a match?

There i stood, for five bad minutes, perplexed.I had gained so much from a twenty minute conversation with a complete stranger, my problems had been solved, my mind had been opened to new ideas, i was in a better mood... and I DID'NT EVEN KNOW HIS NAME. I said to myself 'I THINK I MET AN ANGEL!' O_O

HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO THANK HIM? :O( I got home and prayed to God, i thanked him the best way i could. I know there must have been a good reason why i didn't get his name and contacts.

BEYONCE TOPS BILLBOARD ALBUMS CHART!!!!

Yesss!!!! My girl Bey is back... At this point She's clearly one of the very few ladies who actually  'Run the world'.
Bey's fourth solo studio album, '4', bounds in at No.1 on the billboard 200 albums chart, selling 310,000 copies.

I am almost a Bey 'stan'. 'Almost' because i have never really cared for her music until now.
On many occasions, I have found my self hopelessly listening to all the songs on her album in order to sleep well. *yikes*
A couple of weeks back, she had a concert at Central Park in NYC. I had packed my bags and headed to the city for the weekend in order the make it on time for the concert. It was supposed to start at 7am. O_O
I set my alarm for 4am hoping to be there for 5. 5am approached and i snoozed my alarm from then on... i just couldn't do it! I really wish i made it though... All i wanted to hear her sing was 'I MISS YOU' then head back to my bed. ('u_u')

Hopefully, there would be another concert soon...

I personally recommend that you listen to:
-Best thing i never had
-End of time
-I was here
....And my all time favorite 'I MISS YOU'.
